Our Story

 

 

We've been around for quite awhile, since May 5, 1850. But, as important as our past is for our heritage and traditions, and as much as we are grateful for all those who came before us, the future that God is leading us into is most important to us now. We're a church that appreciates our past, but we don't live in the past, we live in hope for our future.

It's a time of big change at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). We are actively discerning our future with God's help and are looking for the ways we can better serve our community. We are excited and eager for the changes that God is bringing to our lives in this time of transition!
